Silvia is one of many nurses at the Alicante University General Hospital, but she has a gift that sets her apart -- she can say “I am very sorry” in five languages. She is the interpreter, the person who conveys the death of a foreign person to his or her family and who at the same time has to ask them to donate the person’s organs to save other lives.
