第三集后半段 【盐味焦糖脆榛子涂层软冰淇淋】 a蛋卷涂层: 熬糖转锅不搅动,全棕色时倒入液态奶油,加一点盐,42°关火加榛子碎,转动锅,倒入杯子。 放凉涂蛋卷。 b蛋白酥:打奶油加香草子,放入冷冻室。糖浆烫熟蛋白,一边打蛋清,锅中糖和水煮70°时,沿盆边倒入蛋清,一直打发。混合奶油+蛋白酥,裱花袋挤入蛋卷,冷冻半小时。OK

厨房变大了~却也少了一些小情趣。窗台上的香草和眼熟的厨具看了就让人开心。
