第三集后半段 【盐味焦糖脆榛子涂层软冰淇淋】 a蛋卷涂层： 熬糖转锅不搅动，全棕色时倒入液态奶油，加一点盐，42°关火加榛子碎，转动锅，倒入杯子。 放凉涂蛋卷。 b蛋白酥：打奶油加香草子，放入冷冻室。糖浆烫熟蛋白，一边打蛋清，锅中糖和水煮70°时，沿盆边倒入蛋清，一直打发。混合奶油+蛋白酥，裱花袋挤入蛋卷，冷冻半小时。OK

厨房变大了～却也少了一些小情趣。窗台上的香草和眼熟的厨具看了就让人开心。
