可以和辛老师的the Fight for my steel town一起看，政府无法无中生有替威尔士这些衰败的工业城市村镇找到新的产业。纪录片一个女政客提出了很好的问题，苏格兰一些贫困地区的居民积极参与政治、表达自己的不满和要求，但威尔士为何死气沉沉、投票率极低？整个纪录片没挖掘多少，本来是想古今对比，但当代威尔士困境的根源-重工业的没落和转移，根本就没有怎么讨论。
