剧情介绍
For the first time, a small village in the foothills of the Himalayas gains access to electricity, and the gharat (watermill), the source of the electricity, becomes the focal point of this small village. Keeping the gharat running is a tough job: Children skip school because they have to continuously pump up and carry water; the gharat manager has to rush out if a problem occurs with the gharat regardless of the time; and the cost in managing the gharat is far from negligible. Nonetheless, it is an indicator of what people want to own and sometimes disown in the quest for a better life.
