William Walters is a legend in his own mind. Actually what goes on in his mind is more of a mystery especially to his state mandated therapist at the villainous (Vilnius) Mental Hospital. Once a well renowned actor of blockbuster films, both here and abroad, he is now degraded to lowly television commercials. The pressures of his fame gets the better of him and he is ordered by the court to spend some quality time in a more secure environment. While trashed and without knowing, his store bought Russian mail order bride screws him over and possibly induces him with some kind of medication that puts him over the edge. He is the blunt of her quest to get the big pay check and exposes him over the internet - making him out to be a fool. Now, after offending just about everyone in the world by these recorded phone conversations, he finds himself in a mental ward. But, as it turns out, it's not so bad.
