Greta, sincere yet profoundly disturbed, sells her eggs to a donation clinic in order to buy an estranged lover a new car to replace the one she destroyed when he dumped her. His humiliating rejection of her "gift" fills her with a twisted determination to recover her newly-implanted egg.
