"The story and characters depicted in this movie are entirely fictitious. But please don't tell anyone." 非常自觉地将议题引向纪录片伦理，并在结尾突兀地打破了伪纪录的形式，故事本身对媒体和“真相”的批判甚至直接预言了一年后《女巫布莱尔》的成功。远算不上是Found Footage鼻祖，但它绝对是Meta Found Footage的先驱。

电影太过注重细节和真实感，有点沉闷，最后结局谁都想不到，凶手竟然是。。。。！毕竟是1998年的片子了，创意和技巧都相当的棒！
