本系列节目共六集，以欧洲最大的邮轮“歌诗达莎伦娜号”为主角。这艘壮观的邮轮采用先进科技，可运载将近3千名乘客与1千2百个工作人员。莎伦娜号的设计可以应付钗h不同天候，还有可遮诳|座游泳池的玻璃天幕室。这艘船配有巨型的汽车电影院型屏幕，旁边就是主要的泳池。此外，也只有这艘船配有一级方程序赛车驾驶游乐场。邮轮上有五星级主厨、1千5百个座位的剧院，一个可举办婚礼的礼拜堂，以及全球最大的海上美疗中心。除了采用先进科技之外，莎伦娜号也率先响应环保，成为“绿色舰队”一员。此外，这艘邮轮也与“世界自然基金会”合作，在船上推广环保概念，让宾客更懂得如何保护海洋。
