Raymond Depardon has done it all: he has hounded the stars like a true paparazzi, crossed the Chad desert in order to interview the ethnographer Fran?oise Claustre, filmed Valéry Giscard d'Estaing's presidential campaign, and recorded the birth of the newspaper Le Matin de Paris. Based on his photographs and chronicles, this autobiographical portrait recounts twenty years in the life of this extraordinary artist.
