「核武器时代你无法赢得战争 失去的永远比获得的更多」 所谓核威慑 不只是威慑对方也是威慑自己 所以朝鲜有核也不用担心 人家没有傻到真的要用 然而某个眼看着自家城市被核平也不投降的国家就说不好了 多亏爸爸管得严
