这种现象体现了我们在社会中是多么的失败，小孩都想像毒枭一样，因为毒枭代表着成功、权力，做什么都不会受到惩罚。 即便这3%的案子上了法庭，真正能定罪的很少，所以过去四年的一万起谋杀中，97%没有进行调查没有人被定罪。很少会真的去调查这些证据找到罪犯，政府是费劲了心思阻止调查。
