原来《情迷朱古力》的魅力主持Mechel是甜点师，宫廷甜品厨师二代，又是带着观众穿梭于各种高品位的场合，最后手工自制泡芙塔，隔着屏幕也能闻到甜点的香味。 美国人在喝下午茶（热巧克力和甜点）的时候会浅尝即止，会说“天哪，我不应该这么做，这实在是太罪恶了”，法国人更会享受这样的时刻，会说joie de vivre，其他语言都无法尽释此意。
