汉堡薯条的那一章，讲很多人不知道芝士是白牛奶做的，白色是常规颜色。很多人觉得芝士应该是黄色的，不会去买白色的，于是他们需要在白芝士里面加黄颜料，迎合消费者。

这个非常棒，尤其对热狗里面的火腿肠印象深刻，70%的牛肉，30的猪肉，搅和在一起。李锦记耗油的制作也有意思。把公生蚝母生蚝压岁搅拌，就有受精卵了。太可怕了。
