This is the strange and also educational story about a boy and his unusual handicap. Tony is a small boy, and his only problem is that he shines. He constantly emits light. Other children bully him because of this – let’s say, not quite so normal – phenomenon. But Tony is, of course, ultimately not the only one who is different.
